This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Section 4 commences on 31 December 1996. (2) The remaining provisions commence on 1 January 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 59 (Authorities that are not transferable) 4. Section 59(c), ‘ • trochus fishery (east coast)’— omit. ˙ Amendment of sch 10 (Fees) 5. (2) Schedule 15, part 11, section 74— omit, insert— ‘ Annual quota ‘ 74. The annual quota of trochus for the fishery is 300 tonnes.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 15, pt 12 (Trochus fishery (Torres Strait)) 7.
