This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of sch 10 (Fees) 3. Schedule 10, part 2, division 2— insert— ‘ Stocked impoundment permits ‘ 28A. For a stocked impoundment permit under the Fisheries (Freshwater) Management Plan 1999 — (a) permit fee for 1 week . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (b) permit fee for 1 year for a person (an “eligible person” ) who holds any of the following— (i) a Queensland Government seniors card; (ii) a pensioner concession card; (iii) a current Health Care Card; (iv) a Repatriation health card—for all conditions (gold card) . . . . . . . . . . . . .
