s1 2 s3 Fisheries Amendment (No. 2) No. 253, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 29 3. After section 28— insert — ˙ ‘ Existing regulations and orders in council ‘ 29.(1) The regulations and orders in council in force under a former Act immediately before the commencement of the Act and remaining in force for the purposes of the Act do not expire until 10 December 1995. 1 ‘ (2) This section expires on 10 December 1995.’.
