s1 2 s7 Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 266, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 1995. 3 Omission of s 13 (Publication of draft management plans) Section 13— omit. 4 Amendment of s 14AA (Closed season for tropical spiny rock lobster) Section 14AA(2), ‘schedule 15, section 31’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 14A, section 2’. 5 Amendment of s 25N (Eligibility of transferee) Section 25N, from ‘of an’ to ‘person’— omit, insert— ‘of the SM unit to a person, other than the transferor,’. 6 Amendment of s 32A (Restriction on issue of primary commercial fishing boat licences) Section 32A, heading, ‘primary’— omit. 7 Amendment of s 109E (Records to be kept about imports of spanish mackerel) Section 109(4), ‘tour’—
