s1 2 s3 Fisheries Amendment (Postponement) Regulation No. 76, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2007 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 1 June 2008. (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the FisheriesAmendment Act 2006 that are not in force. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 2 June 2008. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 3 June 2008.
