Under section 2 of the Fisheries Amendment Act (No. 2) 1989, I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 1 February 1990 as the day on which the Fisheries Amendment Act (No. 2) 1989 shall come into operation.
