1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Fisheries (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Fisheries (Administration) Regulations

Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries (Administration) Regulations.
