FISHERIES ADJUSTMENT SCHEMES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Regulation 4 amended

3.     Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 1988* is

amended in subregulation (1) by deleting "$100" and substituting the

following —
