Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Amendment

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes

Amendment Regulations 2021.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes
Regulations 2009.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4 delete the Table and insert:

5.            Regulation 5 replaced

Delete regulation S and insert:

5.            Waiver of fee to be paid on 1 March 2021

The fee payable on 1 March 2021 under regulation 4,

as in force immediately before the commencement of
the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Amendment
Regulations 2021 regulation 4, is waived.

6.            Regulations 11 to 12A replaced

Delete regulations 11 to 12A and insert:

11.         Fee for 2O2l— Act s.8

(1)

For the purposes of the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Voluntary Scheme, the fees specified in the Table are imposed in respect of each authorisation and

must be paid by the date set out opposite the fee in the
Table.

Regulations 2021 regulation 6, is waived.
