FISHERIES ADJUSTMENT SCHEMES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes

Amendment Regulations 1991.
Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the

Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Amendment Act 1990 comes into operation.
References to "levy" amended
3. The Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Regulations 1988* are amended by
deleting "levy" wherever it occurs in the provisions referred to in the Table to

this regulation and substituting in each case the following-

" fee ".
