Under section 2 of the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Amendment Act 1990, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 1 February 1991 as the day on which the Fisheries Adjustment Schemes Amendment Act 1990 shall come into operation.
