AN ACT to amend section thirty-six A of the

Fisheries Act, 1905-1946.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows !—

This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act Amend- ment Act, 1947, and shall be read as one with the

Fisheries Act, 1905-1946 (Act No. 18 of 1905 reprinted as amended by Acts No. 24 of 1911, No. 9 of 1913, No.

4 of 1921, No. 27 of 1938 and No. 35 of 1940, pursuant to

the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938, in Volume two of the Reprinted Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia and further amended by Act No. 22 of 1946), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    The principal Act as amended by this Act may be

Amendment 3.

Section thirty-six A of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the the words "one thousand nine
