Fisheries (Abalone) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Fisheries (Abalone) Regulations 1996 to correct a typographical error.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968.

3. Amendment to Schedule 4

In Schedule 4 to the Fisheries (Abalone)
Regulations 19961, for Table 1 substitute—

Fisheries (Abalone) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1997

r. 3 S.R. No. 72/1997

"Table 1

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
A total of 5 kilograms of abalone, 1 kilogram Dried abalone
but not exceeding the individual

limit specified in column 2 in respect of abalone in the form specified in column 3.

".
