Fisheries (Abalone) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Fisheries (Abalone) Regulations 1996 to correct 2 minor errors and clarify the intention of the

Regulations.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations the Fisheries (Abalone)
Regulations 19961 are called the Principal

Regulations.

4. Amendment to regulation 18A

In regulation 18A(1) of the Principal Regulations, omit "processor's".

5. Amendment to Schedule 4

In Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations, for

Table 1 substitute—

"Table 1

Column 1	Column 2	Column 3

the individual limit specified
in column 2 in respect of
abalone in the form specified

in column 2 ".
