HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act 1945, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Citation
1. This Regulation may be cited as the Fish River Water Supply
Administration (Price of Water) Regulation (No. 2) 1990.
Price of water
2. The price to be paid by a council for water supplied to the council
by the Administrator in the year commencing on 1 January 1991, and in
each succeeding year commencing on 1 January, is 30.4 cents per
| kilo | litre. |
Minimum amounts to be paid by certain councils
3. The minimum amount to be paid by a council for the supply of water in the year commencing on 1 January 1991, and in each succeeding year commencing on 1 January, irrespective of the quantity of water supplied is:
| (a) | in the case of the Council of the City of Greater Lithgow - $635,968; and |

(b) in the case of the Council of the Shire of Oberon - $80,256.
Previous prices and amounts superseded
4. In respect of the year commencing on 1 January 1991, and each succeeding year commencing on 1 January, the price and amounts fixed by this Regulation are in lieu of those fixed by any Regulation made under the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act 1945 before the commencement of this Regulation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to set prices to be paid by councils for water
supplied from 1 January 1991 by the Administrator of the Fish River Water Supply.
Minimum amounts are also set to be paid by the Councils of the City of Greater Lithgow and the Shire of Oberon irrespective of the quantity of water supplied.
