1945, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Citation
1. This Regulation may be cited as the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1995.
Commencement
2. This Regulation commences on 1 March 1995.
Definition
3. In this Regulation:
“the Act” means the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act
1945.
Price of water: prescribed rate
4. For the purposes of section 8A of the Act, the rate at which the price of water supplied to a council by the Administrator during 1995 or any subsequent year is to be calculated is $0.33 per kilolitre.

Price of water: minimum amount
5. For the purposes of section 8A of the Act, the minimum amount to be paid by a council for water supplied to it by the Administrator during 1995 or any subsequent year is:
(a) $690,360 for the Council of the City of Greater Lithgow;
(b) $87,120 for Oberon Council.
Repeals
6. The following regulations are repealed:
| (a) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1985; |
| (b) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1986; |
| (c) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1987; |
| (d) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1988; |
| (e) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1989; |
| (f) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1990; |
| (g) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation (No. 2) 1990; |
| (h) | the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1991. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The objects of this Regulation are to repeal and remake, without any changes in substance, the provisions of the Fish River Water Supply Administration (Price of Water) Regulation 1991 and to repeal certain earlier (obsolete) regulations. The new Regulation prescribes the rate at which the price of water supplied by the Administrator of the Fish River Water Supply is to be calculated and fixes minimum amounts for water so supplied. The actual rates and minimum amounts remain unchanged.
This Regulation is made under the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act 1945, including section 19 (the general regulation making power) and section 8A.
This Regulation is made in connection with the staged repeal of subordinate legislation under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989
