Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 9) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 9) 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3(28) is amended by deleting “129.00” and inserting instead —

“ 134.00 ”.

4.             Schedule 7 amended

Schedule 7 is amended under the heading “Molluscs” and the subheading “GASTROPODS” by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical positions —

Zoila cowry …………………………...	Family Cypraeidae

”.

5.             Schedule 9 amended

Schedule 9 is amended under the heading “Category 4 fish” as follows:

(a)	by deleting the item commencing “Shells (cowries etc.)”;
(b)	by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical positions —
