Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 8) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 8) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Part 3 after item 3(12) insert:

(13A) Mackerel Managed Fishery —

(a)	for class IA units, per unit	17.56
(b)	for class 1B units, per unit	0.03
(c)	for class 2A units, per unit	10.80
(d)	for class 2B units, per unit	1.00
(e)	for class 3A units, per unit	12.76
(f)	for class 3B units, per unit	2.80
