Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Fish Resources Manageinenl
Amenthnent Regu/wions (No. 8) 2012.2. Commencement
These re.tulations come into operation as followss —
(a) regulations I and 2 on the day onwhich these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. 3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995.4. Schedule I Part 3 amended
In Schedule I Part 3 delete item 3 and insert:

LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY AMENDMENT LOCAL LAw 2012
tinder the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. and under all other powers enabling it. the Council of the Shire of Csapel resolved on 19th day of September 2012 to make the following loca I law.
1. Citation
This local law may he cited as the Shire of C'apel Local Government Property4rnciidrncnt Loon! I.aw 2012.
2. Principal Local Law in the Government Gazette on 2! February 2001 is referred to as the principal local law. The principal local law is amended.
3. Clause 1.2 amended
3.l In clause 1.2. in the definition for "local government property"—(a) delete "or" at the end of suhclause (b) (h) insert "or' at the end of suhclause (c)
(c) after suhclause (c) insert

along the district's western boundary, from the high water mark at ordinary spring tides, for a distance of 200 metres seawards towards the Indian Ocean. as approved by the Governor under section 3.19 of the Act her notice published in the Governrneint Gazette, No. 149. on 18 May 2001. page 2411.
4. Clause 5.5 amended
Delete clause 5.5 and insert-
5.5 Only specified gender to use entry of toilet block or change room
(1) Where a sign on a toilet block or change room specifies that a particular entryof the toilet block or change room is to he used by
(a) females—then a person of the male gender shall not use that entry of the toilet block or change -oom, (h) males—then a person of the female gender shall not use that entry of the toilet block or change room; or (c] families—then, where the toilet block or change room is being used by a family, only an immediate member of that family may use that entry of the toilet block or change room.
(2) Paragraphs (a) and (b) of si.ihclause (1) do not apply to a. child, when accompanied by a parent, guardian or caregiver, where the child is
(a) under the age of 8 years ; or
(h) otherwise permitted by an authorised person to use the relevant entry.
