Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 8) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 2004*.
