Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management

flirzenr. meni Regulations (No. 7) 2012.

2 C oni mencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) r-e ulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazelle;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3              Re-uhitions amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management

Regulations 1995.

4              Schedule 12 amended

(1) In Schedule 12 Part I before item I insert:

1 A. Section 7(7). for a contravention of a condition of an

exemption granted fbr purposes mentioned in

section7(2)(e) ....................................................................... 750.00

(3)	In Schedule 12 Part 2 item 3 delete "117, 119(2). ] 21(1). 123(1). 124B(2), 125(1). ] 28l), 128E(2) (in the case of an individual), 128L(3), 130," and insert:
