Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 2003.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 3 of the Acts Amendment (Australian Datum) Act 2000

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995* .[* Reprinted as at 17 May 2002. For amendments to 26 May 2003 see Gazette 28 June,

11, 21 and 28 February and 7 March 2003.]4. Regulation 152 replaced
Regulation 152 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

152. Geocentric Datum of Australia
(1) The Geocentric Datum of Australia ("the GDA") is the
prescribed Australian datum for the purposes of
section 216 of the Act.(2) The reference ellipsoid for the GDA is the Geodetic
Reference System 1980 ("GRS80") ellipsoid with a
semi-major axis of 6 378 137 m exactly and an inverse
flattening WO of 298.257 222 101.(3) The reference frame for the GDA is realised by the
coordinates of the following Australian Fiducial
Network geodetic stations referred to the GRS80
ellipsoid determined within the International Earth
Rotation Service Terrestrial Reference Frame 1992
(ITRF92) at the epoch of 1994.0 —
