Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 7) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 2001.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 to the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995* is amended as follows:

(a)

item 3(23) is amended by deleting "758.00" in each " 728.00 ";

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(b)

item 3(25) is amended by deleting "481.00" and " 802.00 ".
