FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(No. 7) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management

Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 1997.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995* is

amended —

(a)	in Part 1, by deleting the item "Great White Shark."; and
(b)	"Coral of the Order" the following item —

in Division 2 of Part 2, by inserting after the item that begins

" Great White Shark. ".
