Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2006

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

3.            Regulation 38D amended

Regulation 38D(2)(a) is amended by deleting "8.30 a.m.. and inserting instead —

" 8.00 a.m. ".
