Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2005

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 2005.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 15 September 2005.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 Part 2 Division 3 is amended by deleting clause 1
and inserting the following clause instead —

“

1.              Pink Snapper

Pink Snapper —

(a) taken or brought ashore from the waters of the Shark Bay eastern gulf during the period beginning on 1 April in a year and ending on 31 July in that year; or

(b) taken or brought ashore from the waters of the Freycinet Estuary during the period beginning on 15 August in a year and ending on 30 September in that year.
