Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (NO. 5) 2006.

2.                 1 he regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995* .

(1a) Any term used in a subitem of Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3
has the same meaning as it is given in the management plan for that managed fishery.

3.             Regulation 137 amended

After regulation 137(1) the following subregulation is inserted —

Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3 is deleted and the following item is inserted instead -

multiplying the number of units of entitlement
conferred by the licence by the fee for each unit, as
