Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2002.

2.            Schedule 1 Part 3 amended

The Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995* are amended in Schedule 1 Part 3 as follows:

(a)

in item 3(1)(a), by deleting "44.05" and inserting " 47.29 '';

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(b)

in item 3(1)(b), by deleting "44.05" and inserting " 47.29 '';

(c)

in item 3(1)(c), by deleting "11.65" and inserting " 15.76 ".
