Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2001.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*•

3.            Regulation 14 amended

Regulation 14(11) is amended by inserting after "(Waroona
Dam)" -

and Logue Brook Dam

4.            Part 4 Division 4E heading amended

The heading to Part 4 Division 4E is amended by inserting after
"(Waroona Dam)" -

and Logue Brook Dam ".

5.            Regulation 30J amended

Regulation 30J is amended by deleting "and its" and inserting instead -

6.            Regulation 30K amended

(1)	Regulation 30K(1) is amended by deleting "or its" and inserting instead — " or Logue Brook Dam or any of their respective ".
(2)	Regulation 30K(3) is amended by deleting "or its" and inserting instead — " or Logue Brook Dam or any of their respective "
