Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources

2.           Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 to the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995* is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 3(28) by deleting "77.00" and inserting " 98.50 ";

(b)

in item 3(29) by deleting "72.00" and inserting " 40.80 ".
