Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1999.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995* .

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Item 3(29) of Part 3 of Schedule 1 is amended by deleting
"16.00" and inserting instead —

" 4.00 ".

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Division 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 is amended by deleting the item that begins "Crab, Blue Manna" and inserting the following item instead —
