Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2003.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 Part 3 is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 3(1)(a) by deleting “47.29” and inserting “ 46.91 ”;

(b)

in item 3(1)(b) by deleting “47.29” and inserting “ 46.91 ”;
