FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1996.

Regulation 46 amended

2. Regulation 46 (1) (b) (vi) of the Fish Resources Management Regulatzons 1995* is deleted and the following subparagraph is substituted —

SC

(vi)    where the fishing net is a haul net —

(I) does not have attached to it a rope exceeding 25 metres in

length; and

(II) is not hauled other than by hand;
