Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 March 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) Schedule 1 Part 1 item 1 is deleted and the following item is
inserted instead —

“

1.	Application for an exemption under section 7(4) —
(a) to the Minister, for any purpose (as

provided by section 7(2) of the Act) ........... 1 900.00

(b) to the Executive Director, for the purposes

of scientific research (as provided by

section 7(3)(a)), or for educational and community awareness programmes (as provided by section 7(3)(g)) ....................... 250.00
(c)	to the Executive Director, for one of the

purposes provided by section 7(3)(b), (c),

(d), (e), or (f) ................................................ 1 000.00

”.

(2) Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3 is amended as follows:

(a)

in subitem (1)(a) by deleting “46.91” and inserting “ 47.20 ”;

(b)

in subitem (1)(b) by deleting “46.91” and inserting “ 47.20 ”;

(c)

in subitem (1)(c) by deleting “12.99” and inserting “ 12.88 ”;

(d)

in subitem (8) by deleting “24 459.00” and inserting “ 29 494.00 ”;

(e)

in subitem (16) by deleting “30 126.00” and inserting “ 34 418.00 ”;

(f)

in subitem (17)(a) by deleting “8 934.00” and inserting “ 15 224.00 ”;

(g)

in subitem (17)(b) by deleting “1 158.00” and inserting “ 1 973.00 ”.
