Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 31 March 2001.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 of the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995* is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 3(1)(a) by deleting “25.10” and inserting “ 44.05 ”;

(b)

in item 3(1)(b) by deleting “25.10” and inserting “ 44.05 ”;

(c)

in item 3(1)(c) by deleting “9.05” and inserting “ 11.65 ”.
