Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

3.             Regulation 30E amended

Regulation 30E(4)(a) is amended by deleting “7 fish;” and inserting instead —

“ 5 fish; ”.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 Part 2 Division 3 is amended in paragraph (c) of the item “Snapper, Pink” by deleting “450” and inserting instead —

“ 500 ”.

5.             Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 Part 6 Division 1 is amended in paragraph (a) of the item “Snapper, Pink” by deleting “4, of which only 2” and inserting instead —

“ 2, of which only 1 ”.
