Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1999

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995*.

3.             Schedule 5 amended

Schedule 5 is amended by inserting before the item “Grass
Carp” the following item —

“ Black Striped Mussel ”.

4.             Schedule 7 amended

Schedule 7 is amended under the heading “MOLLUSCS” and the sub-heading “BIVALVES” by inserting after the item that has the common name “Mussel” the following item —

“

Mussel, Black Striped . . . . . . . . . Mytilopsis and Congeria spp.

”.
