RJZGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Regulation 137 amended

2. Re lation 137 of the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995* is

amender-

(a) by inserting &r the replation designation "137." the
subregulation designation "(l) ; and
(b) by inserting the following subregulations -
(2) If the relevant mana ement plan provides for the
payment by instalments of a ee set out in item 3 of Part 3 P of Schedule 1, the fee may be paid in 2 or 3 instalments in
accordance with the relevant management plan.
