1, the Governor, acting under the Professional Combat Sports Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 March 2013 as the day on which the provisions of that. Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Note- Under the Professional Combat Sports Ameadmml Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Professional Combat Sports Amendment Act 2011 comes into operation.

Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 14) 2012

Made by the deputy of the Governor , in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management

1092 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. WA 1 Mirth 201'3

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on 15 January 2013.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management

Regulations 1995.

4.             Regulation 55E amended

In regulation 55E in the definition of WCRL Managed Fishery delete "Fishery declared uncles the West Coast Rock Lobster

1Mlanugement Plan 1993."" and insert:

5.             Regulation 72 amended

In regulation 72 delete the definition of ruck lobster licence and insert:

ruck lobster licence

means a mana ged fishery licence reserve;

granted in respect of the West Coast Rock Lobster
