Regulations (No. 14) 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management

20 December 2011 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5375

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettaI day);
(b)	regulations 4 and 6—on 8 January 2012;
(c)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after gazettal day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995.
4.	Regulation 16N amended In regulation 1 6N( 1 )(b) delete "20" and insert:

5. Regulation 640 amended
In regulation 640(2):

(a)	in paragraph (b) delete "if the net is set in the waters referred to in subregulation (1)(b) or (c)";
(b)	delete paragraph (c) and insert:
(c) not set the net -

(i)     in the waters referred to in subregulation (1)(a) - except within the period beginning at 4.30 p.m. and ending at midnight on any Wednesday; and

(ii)	in the waters referred to in
subregulation (1)(b) or (c) - within the period beginning 1 1/2 hours after sunrise and ending 1 '/2 hours before sunset on any one day.

6.            Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3 Part 3 Division 4 in the item beginning "Marron" delete "10" and insert:
