Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 12) 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management Amendment Regulations (No. 12) 2009.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

and includes a notice amended under subregulation (3).

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995.

4.            Regulation 55AA amended

In regulation 55AA(3) delete "use" and insert:

use. servicing

5.            Regulation 55B amended

(1) Before regulation 5513(1) insert:

(1A) in this regulation -

notice means a notice given under subregulation (1)

(2)	In regulation 55B(2) delete "under subregulation (1),".
(3)	After regulation 55B(2) insert:
(3) The CEO may by notice in writing given to the licence

holder amend or revoke a notice.
