Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 12) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management Amendment Regulations (No. 12) 2003.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 October 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995* .

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3(28) is amended by deleting "131.00" and inserting instead —
