Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 10) 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 10) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995.

4.             Regulation 124B amended

In regulation 124B(2):

(a) in paragraph (d) delete “Act.” and insert:

Act; or

(b) after paragraph (d) insert:
(e)

board a boat that is specified on a fishing tour
operator’s licence, or a restricted fishing tour

the person is participating in a fishing tour on regulation 128J.

5.             Schedule 1 Part 3 amended

(1) In Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3(2) delete “gear unit” and insert:
licence
(2) In Schedule 1 Part 3 after item 3(9) insert:
(10A) Gascoyne Demersal Scalefish Managed Fishery,
per unit 14.95
(3) In Schedule 1 Part 3 delete item 3(21).
(4) In Schedule 1 Part 3 amend the provisions listed in the Table as
set out in the Table.
