Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management Amendment
Regulations (No. 10) 2001.

2. Schedule 1 to the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 to the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995* is amended by deleting item 3(28) and inserting the following subitem instead —

“

(28) West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery (per unit) (as defined in the West Coast Rock Lobster Management Plan 1993) .......................................... 138.00

”.
