Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management

Amendment Regulations 2022.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

(Class fled Waters) Notice 2020 Schedule 3 item 1;

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management

Regulations 1995.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:

Jungulu Special Purpose Zone (wilderness

conservation) means the area described in the

Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park

Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park means

all waters reserved as the Lalang-garram / Camden

Sound Marine Park under the Conservation and Land

Management Act 1984 section 13 and classified as

Class A;

5.           Regulation 16D amended

In regulation 16D(1):

(a) in the Table after item 7 insert:

8.	The fish is located in	(a) 1 whole fish; or
the Jungulu Special
Purpose Zone	(b) 2 fillets of fish.
(wilderness conservation) of the Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park.

(b) in the Table note 2 delete "7" and insert:
