Fish Resources Management Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fish Resources Management
Amendment Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 March 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fish Resources
Management Regulations 1995.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Part 3 is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 3(1)(a) and (b) by deleting "10.45" and inserting " 10.62 ";

(b)

in item 3(1)(c) by deleting "3.15" and inserting " 3.30 ";

(c) in item 3(2) by deleting "9 070.00" and inserting instead —

(d)

in item 3(9) by deleting "34 265.00" and inserting " 22 562.00 '';

(e)

in item 3(19) by deleting "41 514.00" and inserting " 34 978.00 ";

(f)

(g)	in item 3(20)(b) by deleting "2 804.00- and inserting
instead — " 2 569.00 ";
(h)

in item 3(30) by deleting "60.98" and inserting " 63.01 ";

(i)

in item 3(31) by deleting "2 094.00" and inserting " 2 164.00 ".
