Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources
Management Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995* is amended by deleting item 3(1) of
Part 3 and inserting the following subitem instead —
