FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fish Resources Management

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 April 1997.

Schedule 1, Part 3 amended

3. Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Fish Resources Management

Regulations 1995* is amended —

(a)	in the heading to item 3, by deleting "(reg. 181 (2))"; and
(b)	by inserting at the end of item 3 (20) the following — " (d) for zone 4 7.00 ".
