FISH PROTECTION ORDINANCE

FISH PROTECTION REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1965, No. 7t

1. Regulation 4 of the Fish Protection Regulations is repealed.	Repeal.
2. Regulation 4A of the Fish Protection Regulations is amended—	Fees.

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words and figures—

" Licence for an angler available for one season 2 6 ";

and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation (3.).

inserting in paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.), after the words "in any of11"00*9- 3. Regulation 6 of the Fish Protection Regulations is amended by inspection

waters ", the words " of the Territory of Jervis Bay ".

4. The First Schedule to the Fish Protection Regulations is amended by First Schedule-
