I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 6 of the Fish Marketing Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 October 1994 as the sale date for the purposes of Part 2 of that Act.
